A Fire Destroyed Everything They Had…

Ana Rosa Gomez (50) and her daughter, Valeria Itzel (28) work in a local factory in Tijuana earning less than $3/hour. Together, they help raise Valeria’s son, Jonathan Gilberto (5), who suffers from epilepsy. This past summer, the family lost everything they owned in a house fire. Fortunately, thanks to the hardwork of our local crews, coupled with the incredible generosity of our donors, we were able to quickly respond to this catastrophe and put the family back into a brand new home. A HUGE thanks to everyone who quickly recognized this need and did something about it.
