Jessica and Her Sons Now Have a New Home!
In November, volunteers from Kindness Adventures joined One small House in Tijuana to construct a new home for Jessica and her three sons. Thanks to the hard work of our crew of amazing volunteers, the dedication of our Mexican crew, the support of our donors, and the fuel provided by Jessica’s wonderful cooking, we were able to turn give her a brand new home! She will never forget the amazing generosity of those who made this possible. A special thanks to Jax, Jacquelene, Diane, Kimberlina, Kevin, Kate, Judith, Laurie, Catherine, Linda, Erica, Craig, Dalia, and Meyer who volunteered their incredible energy and hard-work to make this project a success!
Meet the Family!
In November, volunteers from Kindness Adventures will be joining the One Small House Team in Tijuana to construct a new home for a single mother and her three children. Jessica Quiroz is 35 years old and works in a manufacturing plant earning approximately $3 US dollars an hour. She has three sons, Eduardo, who is 16 years old and in high school, Josue is 12 years old and in middle school, and Isaac, who is 10 and in elementary school. The entire family shares a small one room home. With your help, we’re going to help change that.
